(20-40 PEOPLE PER SESSION)
​OVERVIEW OF THIS PROGRAM:
A mix of large group classes for ALL LEVELS covering various methods of training for specific muscle groups and objectives. Registration is required to attend classes

DDFE Weekly Boot Camp Schedule:
​Wed: 6-7AM Cardio Camp
Sat: 6-7 AM Multi-Circuit HIIT / 8-9AM Legs & Glutes Camp
Sun: 7-8AM Total Body Fitness / 9-10AM Core Camp
