This program is NOT for beginners or those who have spent long periods of time inactive, and the expectations are clear It IS for individuals who have a significant amount of training experience, are currently active in a workout regimen and are ready to take it to the NEXT LEVEL. Semi Private Strength & Conditioning PT is the perfect mix of getting personalized attention in a motivated small group setting. The program is by far the hardest in our facility and clearly defines the niche here at Doomsday Fitness Experience: Savages ONLY. Hard work, no gimmicks! The workouts will combine a mixture of calisthenics, traditional weight training, and strength & conditioning. If you’re serious about your goals and all about giving 110% effort, Semi-Private S&C is definitely the ideal choice for you. Start the enrollment process BELOW (so we can see if you’re a good fit!)
*Semi-Private S&C availability is limited and should only be strongly considered by individuals with significant training experience.
