Join us for a two-day intensive Yin Style Bagua Zhang training workshop led by world-class fifth-generation lineage holder He Jinbao of Beijing, China, and Senior Teacher Matt Bild.
This workshop will focus on the Lion (Qian) System — Heaven’s Yang Power and the Unicorn (Kun) System — Earth’s Yin Power, with hands-on instruction in standing postures, circle turning, striking methods, and changing/transformation.
