WHAT IS THE 'MURPH'?
The workout itself consists of the following:
•1 mile run
•100 pull-ups
•200 push-ups
•300 squats
•1 mile run
(There will be modifications in place for most variations)
The ’MURPH’ is more than just a workout though. It is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor a man who gave everything he had.
FOUR different HEATS (9am, 9:20am, 9:40am, and 10am) will be available to choose from (located in the calendar section under the May 27th)
