  • All participants in this category will schedule weigh-ins at the beginning and end of the 6 Week SHRED installment. 
  • The winner will be selected based on who loses the most total weight during the program.
2. MOST LOSS BF% AS A % OF STARTING BF%
  • All participants in this category will schedule to have their body fat percentage measured at the beginning and end of the 6 Week SHRED installment. 
  • The winner will be determined by the highest percentage reduction in body fat from the starting measurement. 
3. BEST AESTHETIC TRANSFORMATION
  • Our SHRED team panel will determine the winner of this category based on which participant appears to have the BEST aesthetic transformation.
  • Judging is based on the most significant changes and development in overall body composition.  
  • 'Before' and 'after' video comparison will be the determining factor of how the winner will be selected.
