Doomsday Fitness Experience offers a mix of large group classes (24-36 people) for ALL LEVELS covering various methods of training for specific muscle groups and objectives. All workouts can be scaled and we encourage any modifications needed. This ensures all fitness levels and capacities receive a great class experience within the same training environment. Registration is super simple and required to attend classes. A mix of boxing & cardio variations using various equipment such as rowers, punching bags, ladders, hurdles, etc...performed in a circuit style format using timed sets for AMRAP at each station. 45-50 min in length.

Specifically focuses on the development of lower body parts. Learn how to build and tone the legs and glutes with a variety of exercise variations performed in an EMOM (every minute on the minute) format. 45-50 min in length.

We take a mix of bodyweight, functional and strength training variations, combine them into a circuit, and execute with an EMOM (every minute on the minute) format . Guaranteed to keep the heart rate up and the intensity in the room high. 45-50 min in length.

Specifically designed to help you build up your core strength using the most effective exercise variations targeting the abdominals, lower back, and upper body stabilizers. This class is executed with an EMOM (every minute on the minute) format . 45-50 min length.

This camp is all about YOU. We allow you to come in and utilize any of the equpment in our 4700 sq ft facility at your convenience. Ellipticals, Assault runners & bikes, Hydro-rowers, plus our commercial strength equipment should cover all of your cardio and weight training needs. 60 min in length
